My glasses’ nose pad broke off my old frame, so I looked up the nearest optometrist and found Branham Family Eye Care. I’ve never been here before, but I walked in and asked if they had any replacement glasses pads in stock and whether it could be fixed. The nice lady took my glasses, went to the back, and came back within minutes with them fixed with even better softer pads than before. I asked what I owed them, they said “nothing” with a smile.

This past month I went in for a regular exam and had a great discussion with Dr. Keith Chow – he again went over my somewhat unusual eye conditions and his explanations were clear and understandable. Also, his office is my choice of the place to buy frames and get new lenses when my prescription changes. They are competent and don’t pressure me in any way. A GREAT place to go for eye care.
